Gram Panchayat Village Malowal Block Tarsikka District Amritsar passed passed a resolution to build a park in the memory of a S. Kuldip Singh Kaura father of Dr Sandeep Singh Kaura , Adviser to Govt of Punjab .In this regard, a program was organised by District Administration Amritsar on 28-12-2021 and attended by senior officials of Govt of Punjab , Prominent social and political personalities, Village Panchayat from Malowal Village and adjoining villages and large gathering of villagers.

On this day a foundation stone of S. Kuldip Singh Kaura Memorial Modern Park was laid by Chief Guest Dr Sandeep Singh Kaura , Advisor to Govt of Punjab ( Skill Development and Technical Education) in the presence of Guest of Honours S Sukhwinder Singh Bandala Sitting MLA Jandiala Guru & Working president Punjab Congress Committee ( PCC) , ADC ( Development ) S Ranbir Singh Mudhal , Additional Secretary PWD Govt of Punjab and other senior officials.

Dr Kaura along with other dignitaries also laid the Foundation stone of Industry Centre of Excellence cum Skill Development Centre and started the Road project from village Malowal to village Rana kala and handed over the upgraded Gym equipped with latest machines to youth club of village malowal . The Chief Guest and other officials also paid visit to factory set up by a young villager manufacturing organic products with brand Malowal and appreciated this novel idea at village level
