Bennett and Colema (Times of India group) in collaboration with Yashaswi group launched its second Femina Flaunt Academy on 19th April 2024 at Mohali with a focus to skill workforce in Beauty and Wellness sector for domestic and overseas employment & entrepreneurial opportunities. The first academy was set up in August 2023 at Ludhiana. Times of India and Yashaswi has collaborated with NSDCI to provide overseas employment opportunities to the skilled workforce being trained in such Femina Flaunt Academies. There are skill shortages in Beauty and wellness sector at global level and this initiative will help in meeting the shortages
